Charlotte McConnell has worked in the financial services industry since 1981. She worked for an investment banking firm trading new issue stock for several years and later became a corporate bond trader working with Fortune 500 clients. In 1992, she helped found another investment company where she traded a wide variety of fixed income products such as government bonds, CDs, corporate bonds and stocks. She holds a an undergraduate degree in business and an MBA from University of Massachusetts.
