Mart Arnold has been in the financial services field since 1985. She received her degree in Marketing/Merchandising from the University of Bridgeport (CT) and earned her professional designations through the Life Office Management Association, Atlanta, Georgia. Mart’s business background includes retail management and eight years with Principal Financial Group as a unit administrator and human resource coordinator for Colorado Agency. In 1993, she joined Dan Mackey full-time. Her areas of expertise include account management and new business administration.

Mart is a longtime member of National Association of Insurance Women. She has served in a number of leadership roles including a term on the national board of directors. She has taught NAIW courses across the country and authored a number of programs and articles for the association and industry. Her hobbies include writing, historical fiction, genealogy, travel, photography, and CSU women’s athletics.
